Support Team Lead

We are searching for a Support Team Lead to support management on the service desk as our client approach peak trading times 

 

Responsibilities 

Help management with the prioritisation of workloads

Ensure support issues are distributed evenly across teams 

Manage 3 support engineers and help them with any issues they encounter

Mentor team members and upskill them where possible 

Manage stakeholders and user expectations when required 

 

Essential Skills

Previously managed 1st/2nd line support teams

Ability to manage stakeholders

Strong prioritization skills

Working knowledge of ServiceNow
