Systems Support Analyst

Due to a team member being promoted our client is on the look out for a systems support analyst to provide a high level of support to their head office and other sites across the UK, this will be a varied and reactive role that will require you to take support calls and respond to email queries for roughly 2000 users.   

The main focal point when you start will be on learning about, then providing application support to a business critical reservations system which needs to be made available to staff at all times. Once you are capable enough to support the system other aspects of the role will include the gathering of requirements from the commercial, marketing and digital teams to design and create logic rules within the reservation system. You will also need to test software enhancements to ensure they are fit for purpose prior to any future deployments.

Essential Skills 

  • Previous experience in an IT customer service related position.
  • Skilled user of MS Office applications.
