We are searching for a Systems Support and Configuration Specialist to manage and maintain our client's smart ticketing solution that will range from project work/enhancements to the solution as well as carrying out any scheduled upgrades that need to be done. Along side the technical work another key aspect of this role will be to create and maintain configuration documentation in accordance with ITIL processes.
You will be responsible for the management of all smart ticketing environments throughout the organisation as well as providing a technical input to any upcoming smart ticketing initiatives that the organisation has planned. You will be acting as an SME and point of contact for areas of the business whose projects will be integrating with the smart ticketing platform and also configuring the platform to be able to handle any interactions with new systems.
- Experience of application support for smart ticketing systems
- Skilled in configuration management
