Technical Analyst

We are searching for a Technical Analyst to Respond to customer queries within specified targets, offering advice, guidance, and solutions for a variety of technical inquiries related to our client's products and services

 

Responsibilities

Conduct investigations and troubleshoot as part of the resolution process

Collaborate with your team to identify opportunities for service improvement, tracking, analysing, and discussing errors

Assist in identifying patterns of errors and implementing proactive measures to prevent future recurrences

Act as the representative of the company through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels

Meet departmental service level objectives by achieving individual targets, including initial response times, resolution times, and results in customer satisfaction (CSAT) surveys

Ensure that the customer experience remains central to decision-making

 

Essential Skills 

1 year of experience within a technical support role or a Computer Science graduate
Understanding of the infrastructure surrounding bespoke products and be keen to pick-up SQL & Oracle knowledge
