We are searching for a Technical Analyst who will be crucial in driving the development of high-quality infrastructure and security solutions. This role involves implementing projects, enhancing solution security, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across both on-premises and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Enhance on-premises infrastructure and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID configurations
- Provision identity-based security solutions across platforms
- Participate in infrastructure rollouts, migrations, and centralisation projects
- Manage identity and access controls
- Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation
- Support software deployments and integrations
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in an IT infrastructure role
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Entra ID, and cloud-based solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid configurations)
