We have the opportunity for a Technical Analyst to join a team responsible for updating our client's entire EUC offering. The technology that is being replaced includes new mobile devices, PC's, Laptops and new security products for both networks and hardware. It will be up to you to support users whilst these upgrades are ongoing as well as monitoring ongoing security threats.
You'll be working closely with the technical teams to ensure compliant windows patching processes and AV definitions across the entire estate. You will need to troubleshoot and fix any devices that have problems installing any new software. You will also have to be proactive in identifying and reporting any potential security threats using tools such as Mimecast.
- O365 support experience
- Previously installed security software
- Ability to work remotely
