Our client is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide IT support to internal teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth running of IT systems. The role involves working closely with colleagues across the business to resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line IT support to internal users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications.
- Monitor systems to ensure performance, stability, and security.
- Manage support requests and document solutions.
Essential Skills
- Experience in IT support across hardware, software, and networks.
- Knowledge of system installation and configuration.
- Familiarity with IT security and best practices.
