We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Analyst to join our client's team as they expect an increase in workload following their post lockdown re-opening
Supporting 70 on site e-POS systems
Trouble shooting more generic technical issues such as Wi-Fi connection issues or printer problems
Previous 1st line support experience
Happy to work shift patterns
