Technical Support Engineer

We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer to provide support, advice and solutions to customers, taking ownership of support requests, ensuring they are resolved and customers are kept informed at all times

 

Responsibilities

Support all levels of IT services, including Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy and Windows Server, Office 365, and Windows 7 to 10

Maintain internal and external network infrastructures

Plan and implement future IT developments

Resolve 2nd Line/3rd line Support Issues and potentially 3rd Line Issues

Assist in the Sales process and attend meetings with potential customers when required

Consult current clients and hosting setup and pre-sales meetings with prospective customers

 

Essential Skills 

Previous experience in a 2nd line IT support role

Experience with managed IT services and virtual network infrastructures

Support experience of Windows 7/10 and Windows Server

Microsoft Office 365 support experience
