We are looking for a Support Engineer with a love of all things technical to provide support on a flagship software product for our client's customers and partners alongside the the development and maintenance of technical resources. As the role develops you will be given the opportunity to learn new skills and expand your duties in to other technical areas of the business and also get involved with product demonstrations.

You will be responsible for providing first line product support mainly across mediums such as telephone and email where you will have to verify software problems, gather any relevant data and then log the issues correctly. You'll also play a key part in defect tracking through monitoring the progress of outstanding issues and ensuring that any problems that need to be escalated are distributed to the right people. Finally you will have to advise on product content through the communication of user requirements to the technical teams.


Essential Skills 

  • Commercial 1st line support experience
