Technical Team Leader

We are searching for a Technical Team Leader to drive best practice in support and help shape a newly formed technical services team

 

Responsibilities 

Manage a team of IT professionals, developing their skills, and coaching them to embody company values

Be a point of escalation for your team

Take the lead and/or support on project work as required Shaping and managing best in class, high performing IT services

Work with the Service Delivery team to design and improve ITIL based operational based processes

Develop the service offering to provide 24/7 coverage, implementing a follow the sun model

 

Essential Skills 

Possess technical capability and stakeholder management skills in equal measure

Comfortable identifying training needs and implementing appropriate solutions to support

Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows server, M365, SharePoint & Teams

Experience of ITIL framework

Experience with ServiceNow or a similar system
