Do you want to take the lead for testing on an exciting greenfield Salesforce implementation?
We are on the lookout for a highly capable and adaptable Test Lead to pave the way for testing on a complex SalesForce Lightning Call Centre implementation. The new implementation will boost productivity and revolutionise the way the client's call centre operatives will interact with their customers, which in turn, will help thousands of people annually to receive the high level of service that they deserve. There are 10 integration points that need to be tested and you will be solely responsible for planning and executing all of the testing that needs to take place.
You will be responsible for immediately stamping your mark on the testing process which will include system integration testing and user acceptance testing. Alongside the planning aspect you will need to get up to speed with all parties that are involved in the implementation, understand their roles within the project landscape and then get hands on with entry and exit point testing, regression testing and UAT. A key part to your success in this role will be the effective management of any defects, making sure any issues are escalated to the relevant implementation partner to rectify.
- Previous Sales Force Integration testing experience.
- Environment management experience - knowledge of branching, entry and exit criteria.
