Our client is mid-way through a Dynamics CE and CMS implementation and requires a Test Manager to lead testing through to delivery. You will own the test strategy, manage a Test Analyst, and oversee the systems integrator, covering functional testing, SIT, UAT, and go-live. Strong stakeholder management is key in this political environment, with the ability to explain testing clearly to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

- Own and deliver the test plan, scripts, and execution.

- Lead functional, SIT, and UAT phases.

- Manage supplier delivery and oversee integrations/API testing.

Essential Skills

- Proven Test Manager experience in CRM/CMS projects (Dynamics CE, Pixl8 desirable).

- Hands-on experience with test planning, scripting, and execution.

- Knowledge of Agile, integration/API testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Supplier management; public sector experience advantageous.
