We are searching for a Training Manager to take charge of the overall training strategy for a D365 F&O implementation

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive training plan for the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O and the MES, taking into account global rollout requirements

Create engaging and effective training content, including manuals, 1-1 sessions, classroom sessions, and online seminars, to facilitate the smooth adoption of the new ERP and MES systems

Work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and IT teams to understand the intricacies of the new systems and translate them into user-friendly training materials

Customise training materials to suit different user groups, from end-users to key stakeholders, ensuring all personnel can confidently navigate the new systems and perform their roles effectively.

Conduct training sessions with an emphasis on practical learning, hands-on practice, and interactive exercises to maximise knowledge retention and skill development

Provide ongoing support and training reinforcement to users to address queries, challenges, and enhancements post-implementation

Maintain up-to-date documentation of training materials and conduct periodic content reviews and updates

Monitor training progress, report on training effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
