We are searching for a Viewpoint Business Analyst to be responsible for working closely with various business units and work streams to define requirements and translate these into specified briefs that form part of our client's Change Management documentation

Responsibilities

Use your understanding of Viewpoint Entity Management Solution for configuration, implementation, and support

Apply practical skills in using Microsoft Office and Smartsheet in business process analyses and solutions development

Conduct detailed analytical reviews of business operations, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing optimal solutions

Participate in user testing initiatives to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of business solutions

Develop use cases, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications for required applications

Collaborate closely with the Project Management Office to define project scope, goals, and objectives

Handle smaller project management tasks to ensure the successful execution and completion of projects

Essential Skills 

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role, preferably with

Viewpoint Entity Management Solution.

Experience in user testing 

Practical application ability with Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
