We are searching for a Web Architect who will be crucial in supporting and maintaining an internal staff and contractor management system. This role involves taking over responsibilities from a retiring team member and ensuring continuity in the upkeep and occasional updates of a long-standing intranet application used for scheduling, holiday tracking, shift management, and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

- Conduct an initial on-site handover to understand and document the existing system

- Maintain the PHP-based intranet and MySQL database used for staffing and HR-related admin

- Perform scheduled updates and periodic admin tasks

- Support minor enhancements and troubleshoot system issues as needed

- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day system usage

Essential Skills

- Strong experience with PHP scripting and MySQL

- Good understanding of JavaScript for front-end functionality

- Ability to quickly learn and document legacy systems
