AI Product Analyst

The search

We are searching for an AI Product Analyst to support the Digital Products Manager in developing, governing, and improving AI-enabled digital services. The role helps ensure AI is used responsibly, ethically, and in line with organisational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse user and product data to generate insights

• Use Power BI, Python, or R for reporting and visualisation

• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, testing)

• Gather and document requirements for AI products

• Monitor KPIs and AI model performance

Essential skills

• Strong data analysis and visualisation skills

• Experience with user research methods

• Understanding of AI concepts, ethics, and regulation
