Business Analyst
The search
We are searching for a Business Analyst who will support a large portfolio of ongoing projects across the European business. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, Developers and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and projects progress smoothly.
The successful candidate will help translate business needs into structured requirements, working within a Gherkin framework and leveraging AI-supported tools to shape and document user stories and requirements.
Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements across multiple projects

Work with Project Managers, Developers and stakeholders to clarify needs

Translate requirements into structured Gherkin user stories

Support project delivery by maintaining alignment between business and technical teams
Essential skills

Strong Business Analysis experience

Proven ability to capture and document requirements

Exposure to B2B environments, particularly onboarding processes

Experience with Gherkin / user story frameworks
