The search
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the IT workstream within a Public Ownership Transfer programme.
The initial phase of the role will focus on assessing current IT systems and services, identifying what should continue, what needs to change, and what can be improved. This will inform a clear migration plan and roadmap for the year ahead.
Responsibilities

Lead the IT workstream through assessment and planning phases

Produce documentation, recommendations, and migration plans

Present findings to senior stakeholders and governance forums
Essential skills

Proven experience leading IT workstreams within complex transition or transformation programmes

Strong requirements gathering skills, engaging large and diverse stakeholder groups

Experience assessing existing IT systems, risks, impacts, and dependencies

Ability to define what should continue, change, or be replaced
