**24 Month FTC**

Our client is looking for a Business Systems Manager to lead the delivery of a new mass emailing platform.

This is a greenfield, 24-month project with no supplier, solution or formal requirements currently in place. You will manage the project from discovery and business case through procurement, implementation and go-live.

The platform will replace multiple mailing accounts, regional lists and separate newsletters with one efficient, GDPR-compliant solution.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and define the solution.
• Lead procurement and supplier selection.
• Manage the product backlog and user stories.
• Coordinate suppliers, budgets and delivery.
• Oversee testing, training and user adoption.
• Monitor usage, performance and improvements.

Essential skills

• End-to-end systems delivery experience.
• Strong product ownership and project management skills.
• Supplier and stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data governance.
• Experience with CRM, email marketing or communications platforms.
