The search

Our client is delivering a Finance System implementation, transitioning from an open accounts platform to Xledger, and is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to join the programme mid-flight.

You will own change management, impact analysis and training, designing a change approach from scratch and ensuring the business is ready for cutover and post go-live adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management for a Finance System implementation (Xledger).

• Create and deliver change and impact analysis plans from scratch.

• Ensure business readiness for cutover and post go-live.

• Define and oversee training, including a train-the-trainer approach.

• Embed new processes and ways of working within Finance teams.

Essential skills

• Proven delivery on programmes joined mid-flight.

• Ability to design and execute change plans independently.

• Strong stakeholder management across Finance and senior leaders.

• Recognised Change Management qualification (ideally ADKAR).
