CRM Implementation Project Manager (12 month FTC)

The search

We are searching for a CRM Implementation Project Manager to lead the rollout of Creatio CRM, replacing the current Infor CRM within an Infor M3 ERP environment. This is a cross-functional transformation impacting Sales, Finance, Manufacturing and Design, reporting into the Steering Committee.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRM implementation
• Coordinate Steering Committee, Creatio and implementation partner
• Manage scope, timelines, budget and governance
• Oversee ERP integrations and data integrity
• Manage risks, resources and dependencies
• Drive testing, change, training and go-live

Essential skills

• Proven CRM project delivery experience
• Strong senior stakeholder management
• Vendor and partner management experience
• CRM–ERP integration knowledge (Infor M3 desirable)
• Strong governance and risk control
