Our client is looking for an independent, technology-agnostic CRM Selection & Advisory Consultant to assess their current environment, define what they need from a CRM platform and guide them through the requirements, evaluation and system selection process.

Responsibilities

• Assess CRM needs and objectives.
• Lead requirements workshops.
• Define key requirements.
• Advise on CRM options and licensing.
• Create an evaluation framework.

Essential skills

• CRM selection and procurement experience.
• Strong requirements and stakeholder skills.
• Knowledge of leading CRM platforms.
• GDPR and data governance experience.
