CRM Test Lead

The search

Our client is launching a new customer portal built on HubSpot CRM and needs an independent Test Lead to take ownership of testing ahead of MVP go-live. You’ll define the test plan, create and execute test scripts, and work with stakeholders to ensure a smooth, high-quality release.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the full test plan and approach

• Create and execute test scripts and scenarios

• Conduct functional, workflow, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing

• Report on progress, defects and readiness for go-live

Essential skills

• Proven test planning and execution experience

• Workflow and user story testing

• Integration and regression testing

• CMS familiarity
