The search

We are searching for a D365 Support professional to support our client following a series of upgrades to their D365 Finance & Operations environment.

With go-live scheduled for March, they are now looking for a permanent team member to take ownership of internal support, ongoing improvements and system optimisation post-implementation. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will work closely with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants and key stakeholders to ensure the ERP platform remains stable, efficient and aligned to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support D365 F&O post go-live
• Design and customise forms within D365
• Manage users, roles and security
• Support F&O, Project, Timesheet, Warehouse and Inventory modules
• Work with internal teams to deliver effective solutions

Essential skills

• User and security administration expertise
• Experience customising forms and UI elements
• Good understanding of workflows and dataflows
