Data Governance Lead

The search

Our client is finalising the implementation of Microsoft Purview and is looking for a Data Governance Lead to establish and embed an end-to-end BAU data governance strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the global data governance strategy.
• Embed governance into projects and change initiatives.
• Define and monitor data quality, lineage, classification and controls.
• Drive adoption of governance standards across the organisation.
• Ensure data is governed and fit for analytics and AI use.

Essential skills

• Strong data governance delivery experience.
• Experience working across different jurisdictions and regulatory environments.
• Practical experience using Microsoft Purview.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks.
