The search
We are seeking an experienced Digital Platform Manager to lead the delivery of a user-focused CRM programme, enabling users to make informed decisions about their financial futures.
This role will act as the link between users, technical teams, developers and external partners, ensuring the platform is stable, user-friendly and continually improving.
Responsibilities

Own the backlog, priorities, releases and improvements

Act as the key link between users, developers and technical teams

Manage suppliers and technology partners

Oversee UX, content and accessibility standards
Essential skills

Proven experience delivering a CRM migration or upgrade (HubSpot or similar)

Experience working on greenfield builds

Strong programme and project delivery track record

Confident working with both technical and non-technical users
