Digital Product Support Engineer
The search
We are searching for an Digital Product Support Engineer to support our client’s interactive dartboard product, the Omni Auto Scoring System. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, help deliver demos, attend trade fairs, and support installations at client sites.
Responsibilities

Diagnose and fix software and hardware issues for Omni users

Spot recurring faults and feed improvements to the R&D team

Attend UK and international trade fairs to showcase the product.

Assist with product roll-outs and installations.
Essential skills

Technical ability across software and hardware troubleshooting

Confident communicator able to deliver demos

Willingness to travel when required
