Dispatcher Lead

The search

We are looking for a senior Dispatcher Lead to take ownership of our client’s Dispatcher platform. This role is both hands-on and strategic, with responsibility for leading the upgrade to Dispatcher and setting the platform direction for the next 12–24 months. You will be part of the senior leadership team and involved in new bids and client work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the Dispatcher upgrade

• Define the future strategy and roadmap for Dispatcher

• Act as the Dispatcher subject matter expert

• Support new bids and new client engagements

• Contribute as part of the senior leadership team

Essential skills

• Dispatcher experience

• Strong knowledge of Dispatcher architecture and upgrades

• Proven experience leading platform strategy

• Comfortable combining hands-on delivery with senior leadership
