Own the integrated programme plan for the IFS ERP implementation, giving the programme team a clear view of timelines, dependencies, milestones and critical path.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated plan across workstreams and delivery partners.
• Track milestones, dependencies, critical path and baselines.
• Manage planning standards, change control and resource conflicts.
• Provide concise planning insight for programme governance.

Essential skills

• Programme planning experience on large, multi-wave ERP implementations.
• Strong Microsoft Project, Project Online, Primavera P6 or equivalent skills.
• Good understanding of ERP delivery through design, build, testing, migration and cutover.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level reporting skills.
