Finance Analyst

The search

Our client is looking for a Finance Analyst to strengthen financial control and deliver clear insight to key stakeholders.
You will own core reporting and planning processes while supporting cost efficiency across the supply chain.
This role is focused on accuracy, insight, and continuous improvement in financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver period-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and strong financial control
• Analyse performance against budget, explaining variances and supporting decisions
• Build and maintain financial models used across the business
• Lead forecasting and budgeting cycles across cost areas
• Validate and track cost-saving initiatives across the supply chain
• Improve reporting processes to enhance clarity and efficiency

Essential skills

• Experience in a finance or analyst role
• Advanced Excel skills, including building and maintaining financial models
• Strong experience in variance analysis and working with large datasets
• Studying towards ACCA or CIMA
• Ability to present financial insight clearly to non-finance stakeholders
