Head of Data Platforms & Integrations

The search

Our client is looking for a Head of Data Platforms & Integrations to lead the strategy, delivery and growth of their global data engineering and integration capability.

You will lead the teams responsible for enterprise data platforms and integrations, supporting a large-scale Dynamics 365 transformation across 43 countries.

This role is focused on platform strategy, technical leadership and global programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define the data platform and integration strategy.
• Lead the Data Engineering and Integrations teams.
• Drive the development of Azure, Fabric and integration platforms.
• Align delivery with architecture, analytics, AI and governance teams.
• Support the global Dynamics 365 rollout.

Essential skills

• Strong Microsoft data platform experience, including Azure and Fabric.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management at senior leadership level.
• Experience building and developing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, integrations and architecture.
