The search

Our client is acquiring a larger business and bringing the two organisations together. You will lead the change and adoption activity needed to improve technology capability ahead of integration.

Working with the Head of Change and IT Operations Programme Director, you will assess the current environment and deliver a clear change plan.

Responsibilities

• Improve the maturity of the IT Operations function.
• Lead Microsoft 365 training and adoption.
• Build confidence in the practical use of AI.
• Support improvements to information security processes.
• Track adoption and address resistance to change.

Essential skills

• Strong IT change and adoption experience.
• Experience delivering Microsoft 365 change programmes.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
• Experience improving IT operations or security capability.
• Understanding of AI adoption and responsible use.
