Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale SaaS access control programme.
You will oversee the implementation of Identity Access Management and Multi-Factor Authentication across a portfolio of SaaS applications, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness.
This role is focused on programme governance, change management, and business adoption rather than technical design.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the IAM and MFA programme.
• Manage governance, RAID logs, reporting, and Steering Committee updates.
• Coordinate business, security, technical teams, and SaaS vendors.
• Drive decisions, approvals, and risk sign-off processes.
• Plan and manage pilots, rollouts, and business readiness activities.
• Track programme scope, budget, dependencies, and delivery milestones.

Essential skills

• Proven IT Project Management experience.
• Experience delivering SaaS or cloud-based programmes.
• Strong stakeholder and change management skills.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and third-party vendors.
• Ability to manage governance, risk, and formal approvals.
• Experience delivering security-related initiatives.
