Our client is looking for an IT Service Operations & DEX Platform Lead to lead the delivery and adoption of digital workplace technologies across the organisation.
You will drive service excellence, improve user experience, and lead the evolution of IT operations, service management, and digital workplace capabilities.
This role is focused on operational maturity, technology adoption, and building a high-performing, customer-focused support function.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT service operations and digital workplace services.
• Manage internal teams, suppliers, and service partners.
• Drive service improvement and operational performance.
• Manage workplace and SaaS platforms.

Essential skills

• Strong knowledge of ITSM and service delivery.
• Experience managing suppliers and outsourced services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.
• Experience driving service improvement and technology adoption.
• Understanding of security and operational resilience.
