IT Service Operations Manager
The search
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality IT services and provide hands-on technical support. The role focuses on service delivery, SLA management and ensuring systems run efficiently, while also supporting and mentoring a small internal team and working closely with MSPs.
Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day IT service delivery and ensure SLAs/OLAs are met

Lead incident, problem and change management processes

Collaborate with MSPs on availability, performance and escalations

Mentor and support an IT Support Administrator
Essential skills
-
Experience across 1st–3rd line support, including VIP/white-glove support

Solid experience with M365, Intune, Autopilot and modern Microsoft technologies

Experience with ITSM tools, incident/problem/change management and vendor coordination
