IT Support Administrator

The search

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Operations Engineer to deliver a reliable, customer-focused IT service and ensure systems and infrastructure remain secure, stable and well-managed. The role covers day-to-day support, core infrastructure administration, and contribution to projects and cyber security.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain core infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud, M365/Azure)

• Provide technical support to the service desk and project teams

• Maintain documentation and proactive alerts

• Liaise with MSPs and vendors

Essential skills

• Solid troubleshooting across 1st–3rd line

• Understanding of cyber security and ITIL processes

• Experience in technical projects
