The search

We are searching for a Landlord Consents Manager to support the rollout of Passenger Information Systems across the travel network. You will manage the landlord consent process and act as a key link between travel operators, property stakeholders, and internal delivery teams to keep installations on track.

Responsibilities

• Lead and streamline the landlord consent process for site installations

• Provide guidance and quality assurance on documentation

• Expedite applications and resolve issues using established industry relationships

• Negotiate approvals and address consent-related disputes

Essential skills

• Experience within the travel sector

• Experience working with landlords, including relationship building and commercial negotiation
