The search

We are searching for a Mergers & Acquisitions Project Manager to support a major acquisition programme.

Following a recent acquisition that will significantly scale the organisation, a Programme Director is leading the strategy. Our client now requires a hands-on Project Manager to manage day-to-day delivery across multiple integration workstreams and turn strategy into tangible outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery across multiple integration workstreams
  • Translate strategy into clear plans and deliverables
  • Coordinate workstream leads and track progress
  • Drive people and process change
  • Manage risks, reporting and documentation
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels

Essential skills

  • Proven acquisition or integration programme experience
  • Strong people change delivery experience
  • Experience in complex, multi-workstream environments
  • Proactive and solution-focused
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with project admin
