Our client is looking for a Modern Workplace Analyst to support and improve enterprise-wide workplace technology for around 1,000 staff and high volumes of visitors.

You will support Microsoft 365 and modern workplace services, maintain key business systems, and help deliver technology improvements across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft 365 and modern workplace solutions.
• Maintain device, software and endpoint services.
• Support core systems, including ERP, retail and digital asset management.
• Deliver new workplace technologies and service improvements.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage software licensing and supplier relationships.
• Follow ITIL, change control and architecture processes.

Essential skills

• Good knowledge of device and software management.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and change control.
• Strong troubleshooting and user support skills.
• Awareness of security, compliance and business continuity.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
