Operations Project Manager

The search

We’re looking for an Operations Project Manager to support the Operations Director and lead key projects across the business. You’ll take charge of a major regulator-led initiative joining two networks, managing adviser moves, re-registrations, and stakeholder coordination. Strong project management skills, financial services experience, and a proactive, hands-on approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Leading operational and strategic projects to delivery

• Supporting legal and contractual matters

• Managing post-acquisition integrations

• Overseeing third-party suppliers

Essential skills

• Strong project management background (ideally in financial services)

• Confident stakeholder and supplier management

• Experience with regulatory projects or post-acquisition change
