PMO Manager

The search

We are searching for a PMO Manager to support a large-scale Digital Transformation Programme, including the implementation of a new Salesforce CRM and enhancement of digital channels. You will take ownership of the PMO function, ensuring strong governance, reporting, and delivery oversight across the programme.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day PMO operations
• Partner with Programme Director & Sponsors
• Lead executive-level reporting
• Run quarterly planning cycles
• Maintain delivery roadmap
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies
• Provide insight and escalate issues

Essential skills

• PMO leadership on digital transformation programmes
• Experience with CRM, CMS, Ecommerce or web platforms
• Strong executive reporting experience
• Familiarity with enterprise PMO tools
