Product & Support Coordinator
The search
We are searching for a Product & Support Coordinator to help support and improve high-quality cyber security products. Working closely with the Head of Product, this role will manage the support inbox, capture customer feedback, and help keep documentation and processes organised and up to date. This is an entry-level position with excellent exposure to product operations and strong progression opportunities.
Responsibilities

Manage and triage the customer support inbox

Ensure queries are acknowledged and resolved promptly

Track and organise support tickets

Identify recurring customer issues

Compile summaries of customer feedback

Support the Head of Product with research and coordination

Assist with release notes and product updates
Essential skills

Experience in a support, admin, coordination, or operations role

Maintain clear internal and customer documentation

Able to multitask and manage priorities
