The search

Our public sector client is preparing for a major transformation as two services are brought together.

You will work with the Programme Manager and senior leadership team to shape the project, support planning and deliver change across multiple workstreams. The role is focused on organisational and people change in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and delivery.
• Run workshops and gather requirements.
• Manage multiple workstreams.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Adapt plans as priorities change.

Essential skills

• Proven Project Management experience.
• Organisational or business transformation experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Public sector experience would be beneficial.
