QA Analyst

The search

Our client is looking for a QA Analyst to establish a structured and consistent testing function.
You will act as the internal quality gate before UAT, improving testing standards and supporting end users throughout the testing process.
This role is focused on building testing maturity, reducing delivery risk, and improving release quality.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test plans and test cases.
• Execute functional, regression, and release testing.
• Coordinate and support UAT activities.
• Support go-live and post-release validation.

Essential skills

• Proven QA or Test Analyst experience.
• Strong defect management and testing documentation skills.
• Experience supporting UAT and business users.
• Understanding of system delivery and release lifecycles.
