SAP Support Analyst

The search

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Support Analyst to provide 2nd and 3rd line support across its ECC6 landscape. You’ll own issues through to resolution, support configuration, integrations and change, and work with business users and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support across the SAP ECC6 landscape
• Own issues through to resolution, troubleshooting and resolving complex problems
• Support SAP configuration, Security, transports and integrations
• Work with business users and third-party suppliers to support change and ongoing system requirements

Essential skills

• Strong experience supporting SAP ECC6
• Broad ECC6 knowledge with hands-on configuration experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SAP Security, transports and integrations
