Senior Analytics & BI Developer

The search

Our client is looking for a Senior Analytics & BI Developer to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight.

Working with Power BI, Databricks and the wider Microsoft data stack, you will build dashboards, analytical models and reporting solutions that support operational, financial and strategic decision-making. You will also help improve data quality, strengthen analytics capability and support the use of AI across the business.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise Power BI dashboards.
• Analyse complex data to identify trends.
• Develop analytical and predictive models.
• Turn data into clear recommendations.
• Support data modelling, architecture and quality.
• Develop AI and LLM solutions using enterprise data.
• Present findings to UK and international teams.

Essential skills

• Strong Power BI, Power Query and DAX.
• SQL, database design and dimensional modelling.
• Databricks, ETL and Microsoft Azure.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience applying AI or LLMs to business data.
