Senior Delivery Manager

The search

We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of service improvements and supporting technology focused on accessibility. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of a new programme, aligning service outcomes, technology development, and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of accessibility service and technology initiatives

• Build and manage delivery plans, roadmaps, and governance

• Work across internal teams and external partners

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and provide clear programme reporting

Essential skills

• Proven programme delivery experience in complex environments

• Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills

• Experience delivering technology-enabled change and service improvement

• Understanding of user needs and accessibility standards
