The search
Our client is initiating a programme to scope and plan a new SharePoint solution and is seeking an experienced SharePoint Project Manager to lead the discovery, design, and early planning phases.
This role will shape a SharePoint framework that supports multiple departments with different workflows, driving adoption and measurable business benefit.
Responsibilities

Lead discovery and design activities for a new SharePoint solution

Plan and deliver IT and business change projects end-to-end

Support business case and requirements definition

Own project plans, budgets, governance, risks, and reporting

Engage stakeholders and third-party suppliers

Help shape a wider SharePoint programme, including future Co-Pilot adoption
Essential skills

Strong project management and risk management experience

Proven stakeholder engagement across multiple business areas

Track record delivering SharePoint projects in complex environments

Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, content, permissions, and governance

Experience with MS Project and Visio
