SharePoint Project Manager

The search

Our client is initiating a programme to scope and plan a new SharePoint solution and is seeking an experienced SharePoint Project Manager to lead the discovery, design, and early planning phases.

This role will shape a SharePoint framework that supports multiple departments with different workflows, driving adoption and measurable business benefit.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design activities for a new SharePoint solution

• Plan and deliver IT and business change projects end-to-end

• Support business case and requirements definition

• Own project plans, budgets, governance, risks, and reporting

• Engage stakeholders and third-party suppliers

• Help shape a wider SharePoint programme, including future Co-Pilot adoption

Essential skills

• Strong project management and risk management experience

• Proven stakeholder engagement across multiple business areas

• Track record delivering SharePoint projects in complex environments

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, content, permissions, and governance

• Experience with MS Project and Visio
