The search

Our client supports around 500 financial advisers across four core systems and is currently transforming its technology estate. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on supporting and training users, resolving system issues and helping teams get the most from the technology available to them.

You will also gain exposure to data analysis and migration, using Excel to review and reconcile information between systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support across four core systems.
• Resolve user queries and system issues.
• Deliver training to new and existing users.
• Explain systems and processes to non-technical users.
• Work across departments to resolve issues.
• Review and reconcile data using Excel.

Essential skills

• Business systems or application support experience.
• Strong user support and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience training or supporting system users.
• Good Excel skills.
